  1. com strives to deliver the best quality to you. We follow a stringent quality check procedure that ensures the best quality of all the products you have ordered from us. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, you can either return the products to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.
  2. com guarantees that you will receive your order on time, every time! In case of a delay, 5% of the order value will be credited to your PureBeSure.com account, which can be used towards your next order.
  3. We strive to deliver every item you have ordered from us and if we fail to do so, what you receive is what you pay for. In case of prepaid orders we will credit your bigbasket wallet with 100% of the value paid by you for the undelivered products immediately.
  4. For Cash on Delivery orders, you pay only for the product you have received.

 

No questions asked return policy

PureBeSure.com has a no questions asked return policy if you are not satisfied with the quality of the products delivered to you. You can either return the products to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

We have a “no questions asked return at delivery and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products, which will be credited to your account on bigbasket. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.

Note: As a Covid-19 safety and hygiene measure, we will not pickup any goods post delivery. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery.

  • RETURNS
    Items supplied to customers should be returned only if its checked on the door step in-front of our delivery personal. in case of return due to quality defect or other problem please complain us or mail us at support@localhost .

    Please make sure you contact us before returning any item.

    2) REFUND
    in case of returning any product we will deduct the item price and the new invoice amount will be payable by you.
    Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment method. For online payments we will refund the amount in 2 business days or credit it to your account for future orders.

    Please note orders cannot be refunded after our delivery personal leaves your premises.

    3) CANCELLATION

    For cancellation of any order please call us or mail us at support@purebesure.com with user name and order id. If order has already been dispatched you cannot cancel it. Once it reaches your doorstep you can return it, no questions asked. However delivery charges, if any, will be payable.
